After eleven years he decide he was done working for, "The Man" so in 2002, he bought the company.
Mark loves getting out of the office to run service calls, help with complex installs, and even demonstrate windows to perspective customers.
If he could fit his tools in the saddle bags or figure out how to strap a window sample to his back, on a nice day, he'd probably show up at your door cruising on his chopper.
No one's really quite sure what Jeff does, but he can usually be found pounding away on his laptop at the office.
