Business Details
We are a family-owned and operated exterior home improvement company based in Western Massachusetts, founded in 1980 with a steadfast commitment to quality and honest service. Our team is led by Dave Miner, who has spent over 50 years working in the roofing industry, building hands-on expertise in New Englands harsh weather conditions. We hold certification as a Massachusetts licensed and insured roofing contractor, and are recognized as a CertainTeed ShingleMaster Premier contractor for expert installation and craftsmanship. We exclusively install premium, trusted products from leading brands including CertainTeed Landmark Shingles, DCI Smart Vents, Velux Skylights, and Xtreme Gutter Guard. Every project we complete is backed by a single-source lifetime workmanship guarantee, plus access to CertainTeeds extended SureStart PLUS coverage for up to 50 years of material and labor protection on qualifying roofs.
We prioritize full transparency with our clients, clearly explaining all warranty terms to eliminate confusion between product and labor coverage. Dave meets with every client in person to review budget-aligned options, explain available warranties, and provide a no-obligation free estimate. We have maintained a 98% customer satisfaction rate across more than 10,000 happy clients and $40 million+ in installed systems. In 2020, we made the strategic decision to focus exclusively on roofing systems to deliver more consistent, high-quality results for homeowners. We are dedicated to protecting Western Massachusetts homes with durable, weather-resistant roofing, skylight, and gutter solutions built to last through every local season.
