If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 15 days * prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25.00 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel.
A 48 hour or less notice will be a forfeiture of your deposit.
If you cancel with 14 -3 days notice of your arrival date your deposit will be refunded on a gift certificate only.
If you must shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility of your entire reservation.
