Were thrilled with the new kitchen shades and received excellent service by everyone involved in the process. Our previous window coverings were damaged because they hit the door handles, but Sean provided helpful advice which solved the problem. These shades improve the appearance of the kitchen and also look great from the outside. Scotts installation was done very carefully and professionally.

I love my shutters! From estimate to install, this was an exceptional experience. I knew I wanted shutters, but I wasn't sure what style. Sean is very knowledgeable on style and shutter / shade options and was able to guide me in the right direction. Sean has everything you're looking for when dealing with a contractor. He is very responsive to phone calls, and texts, and is on time for all appointments. Sean and his crew were able to install my shutters while I was at work which made the whole process even easier. They left my house spotless and my shutters are beautiful! I couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Jackye's Drapery. We had new window coverings installed throughout our home at a fair, reasonable, competitive price for an exceptional value. Sean was helpful, available, and gave excellent advice during entire process, and install crew was friendly, professional and skilled. Roller blinds chosen for 2 sliders and all windows except clerestory. Photos of west facing, clerestory window over slider that has always presented challenge during spring/summer, but with Sean's guidance, problem solved with attractive, functional shutters! My husband is a handyman, as well as a perfectionist, so when we hire out jobs, we do a lot of research. After meeting with Sean, we were pretty confident we were going to use Jackyes, but still met with a couple of other competitors for comparison. We typically consider three things - product, price and people. Seans product, warranty, and price were unbeatable. Sean and his team of family and friends are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Sean is great with product recommendation and when installing, extremely detail-oriented. We finished our shutter install and will be using Jackyes for motorized blinds as well. My parents have also hired Jackyes for a large motorized outdoor shade. Highly recommend Jackyes -

This company is very professional and easy to work with. They were helpful making suggestions and did everything on the schedule proposed. The installers were polite, tidy and did great work. Their prices are quite reasonable. No payment until all the work was done. The cost for windows in the entire house was only slightly more than the cost for windows in two rooms in my previous house several years ago. I highly recommend them. My photos are not great because the house is very dark.
