Hi, I purchased two exterior fiberglass ProVia doors from Makita doors and windows of Long Island. The showroom is great and has a huge variety of doors to choose from. Mike did a great job helping me make a decision on what doors and design to get. I end up buying a full decorated symphony glass for the front door and a half glass with the same design for the back door. After a minor setback with the installation, they were able to make it right. Im glad that I decided to get the doors from Makita doors and windows because my house now looks great.

Well, it has been over 3 years since Mikita replaced the glass in 9 Anderson double pane gas casement windows and installed a Provia Steel Front Door. After the door install was completed, we had them come back and replace the living room bow window center pane. All windows used Provia replacement glass. The front door still closes beautifully and no more frost between the window panes in winter time.
A couple of issues had to be corrected with the front door. It took a couple of months to get the replacement glass from Provia for the front door side panel. Provia does make a superior product. Mikita took care of them in a timely manner. Now I can happily say, without reservation, Great Job. Anyone in Freeport who lives on the water knows how wicked the wind is and winters are. It was our first time using them. My wife and I were very pleased with the friendly and professional service. I highly recommend them and would use them again. Thanks to all the guys involved.

Our new front doors are absolutely amazing!! From the design process to the installation, everything went seamlessly. The production time wasn't too long but absolutely worth it!

What can I say mike and his family have been more than welcoming and accommodating for all my needs pertaining to my new construction custom 8ft double doors (with transom and sidelights). At this time we are waiting for arrive from provia and mike has been on top of everything from day 1 with his communication. It should be noted Without taking a penny mike and dad came by the house 3 times and took measurements. Going above and beyond is all you can ask for!
I can't wait to get the door and have them install it! Another review coming but if my current experience is the same as the future I will be more than satisfied! Again Mikita is not just vendor who can provide a service but they become family! I can't say enough about Mikita. Great experience so far!
