THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR WINDOWS ARE CLEANED WITH OUR THREE STEP PROCESS: First, we clean the exterior face of each window using a water-fed pole system.
A state of the art de-ionizer machine ultra-purifies and de-ionizes your tap water.
Then, we scrub the exterior of the windows clean with the de-ionzed water cleaning solution.
Finally, we apply a spot-free rinse; although the window is left wet, it will dry spot-free.
This method leaves no residue that can attract dust, and is chemical free so it is harmless to plants, animals, and siding.

When feasible, we start by brushing the roof using stiff bristled nylon brushes.
This first step loosens the already dead moss from the roof and is also effective at removing some of the larger pieces of moss.
After we have removed what we can with the nylon brushes, we then use blowers to clear the roof of all debris prior to SoftWashing the shingles.
The roof is then treated with a blend of water, salt-based bleach, and soap.
Our cleaning process kills not only the visible moss on the roof, but also prevents any new growth from reoccurring for at least 3 years and potential as long as 5.
