Window Cleaning
Superior Squeegee provides comprehensive window cleaning for residential and commercial properties across Northern Minnesota. Our technicians use purified water technology and commercial-grade equipment to deliver streak-free results while protecting landscaping. We service properties up to five stories high from ground level, eliminating the need for disruptive equipment. Our twice-yearly maintenance recommendation ensures optimal visibility and property appearance throughout Minnesota's changing seasons.
Gutter Cleaning
Our professional gutter cleaning service prevents water damage by removing debris from gutters and downspouts. Technicians manually clear leaves and sediment then flush systems to ensure proper water diversion. We focus on preventing foundation flooding and wall water intrusion through seasonal maintenance. Our equipment allows safe access to all gutter systems while protecting roof integrity during cleaning operations.
Pressure Washing
We restore exterior surfaces using commercial pressure washing with eco-friendly detergents. Our process removes mold, mildew, and dirt from siding, decks, and walkways. Technicians combine pressure washing with hand scrubbing for thorough cleaning without surface damage. This service improves property aesthetics while maintaining material integrity through our detailed cleaning approach.
Snow Removal
Our snow removal services include driveway clearing, walkway maintenance, and ice management for residential and commercial properties. We utilize specialized equipment for efficient snow removal while protecting surfaces from damage. Our proactive approach minimizes winter hazards and ensures property accessibility throughout Minnesota's snowy seasons. Service plans include regular maintenance during snow events.
