After a quick assessment, he went ahead and installed the skylight for me and advised me that I had over-purchased and could return the extra items.
He was done within 15 minutes and the new skylight looks great. Had two windows that had some part of the track or springs system (not a window person) come out and the windows no longer sealed properly or could open or close. They came out to give a quote, and on the spot he fiddled and fixed both windows within 10 mins, and didn't even charge us for coming out.
